Profile Setup

We will accomplish the following:
1. Business Profile Setup
2. Integrations Setup
3. My Profile Setup:

1. Business Profile Setup:
Navigation: Settings > Business Profile
NOTE: All this information is related to your business. DO NOT put personal information.
Click on 'Update' after every box is completed.
Fill out:
- General Information
- Business Physical Address
- Business Information (IMPORTANT)
- Authorized Representative
You're Done 🎉
2. Integrations Setup:
Navigation: Settings > Integrations
Go through each box and log into as many accounts as you can.
This will automatically populate your dashboard / reporting and make your other tools functional

3. My Profile Setup:
Navigation: Settings > My Profile
NOTE: All this information is your personal information. No one besides you will see this information.
Click on 'Update' after every box is completed.
Fill out:
- Personal data (Head shot for 'Personal Logo' Recommended)
- Change Password (If you prefer a new one)
- User Availability (IMPORTANT)
- Outlook Calendar Integration or Email (2-Way Sync)
You're Done 🎉
4. Tracking Phone Number Register:
Navigation: Settings > Phone Numbers
Click on '+ Add Number'
Type in Your Area Code
Click on 'Search'
Select a Number You Like (No one will see this number)
Click on 'Save'
Click on '+ Add a new Caller ID'
Type in Your Main Business Number
Click on 'Verify Number'
Answer the call and enter verification code
You're Done 🎉
